Terms of Service & EULA

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA") constitute a binding legal contract between you ("Licensee," "Developer," or "you") and Developum AI Engine / Bradley "MadBrad" Smith ("Developum," "Licensor," "we," or "us") governing your installation and use of BoxLink (including the boxlink-bridge Python distribution package, the table.developumaiengine.com cloud relay, mobile PWA, and the Real-Math Context Odometer).

By running pip install boxlink-bridge, executing the-table pair, or purchasing a Sovereign License Key, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Free Evaluation Trial (25 Dispatches): Every new hardware fingerprint receives twenty-five (25) complimentary mobile voice/text dispatches to evaluate QR pairing, reactive PC wakeup, and live Context Odometer telemetry.
• Solo Sovereign Pass ($29 One-Time): Grants a perpetual, non-transferable license for unlimited mobile dispatches and live Context Odometer telemetry on one (1) active agent lane bound to one (1) physical workstation (machine_id).
• Pro Multi-Agent Pass ($49 One-Time): Grants a perpetual, non-transferable license for unlimited mobile dispatches and live Context Odometer telemetry across up to three (3) concurrent agent lanes bound to your licensed workstation.

BoxLink (boxlink-bridge) is proprietary commercial software, NOT open-source software. All title, ownership rights, trade secrets, and intellectual property rights in and to BoxLink remain the sole and exclusive property of Developum AI Engine / Bradley "MadBrad" Smith:

• Protected Trade Secrets: The compiled and armored boxlink-bridge bytecode package, the binary SQLite/protobuf Context Odometer extraction and server-side calibration engine, the 75% Compaction Blast-Shield protocol, and the Zero-Overlap Two-Way Synchronicity Mirror constitute valuable confidential trade secrets of Developum AI Engine.
• Strict Prohibition on Reverse Engineering: You shall not, and shall not permit any third party or AI agent to: (a) decompile, disassemble, decrypt, unarmor, or reverse-engineer any module of boxlink-bridge; (b) strip or circumvent the <the_table_proprietary_armor> runtime loader or hardware lock; or (c) inspect, copy, or benchmark the software's internal telemetry architecture in order to build, train, or assist in building a competing mobile IDE bridge or context odometer product.
• No Unauthorized Redistribution: You may not mirror, repackage, upload to public package indexes (including PyPI or GitHub), or redistribute the boxlink-bridge wheel or its contents in any form.

THE SOFTWARE AND RELAY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BECAUSE BOXLINK DISPATCHES INSTRUCTIONS DIRECTLY TO AUTONOMOUS CODING AGENTS RUNNING ON YOUR LOCAL WORKSTATION, YOU ASSUME SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL CODE MODIFICATIONS, TERMINAL COMMANDS, AND FILE OPERATIONS EXECUTED BY YOUR LOCAL AI AGENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPUM AI ENGINE'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR YOUR SOVEREIGN LICENSE KEY ($29 OR $49).
